David Westmoreland the director of Plumbing and Hydraulic Design Ltd, has 43 years of involvement in the Plumbing and Gas-fitting industry, which has been varied in all aspects related to plumbing, drainage and gas-fitting services.
Initially David has had nine years practical experience as a plumbing and gas-fitting tradesman progressing to a contracts site supervisor moving on to estimating and draughting services and for the last 23 years a Hydraulic services design consultant and director of Plumbing and Hydraulic Design Ltd providing contracting services to New Zealand and multinational building services consulting companies.
Qualifications include:

- NZ Technician Certificate (1984)
- City & Guilds AutoCAD (1994)
